"Please enter requested information in Setup" is an error that typically occurs when a '''Non Admin''' user accesses the setup portion of the Charge Anywhere application. If that user does not have access to view banking information it will cause the Charge Anywhere application to lose it's '''Default Bank Account''' setting.
