*Insert the SIM Card into the SAM slot located underneath battery
*Click on Settings/ WLAN and turn it off (Wifi)
*Go back to Settings 
*Tap on More/Cellular Networks/Tap on Card 2
*Tap on Access Point Names 
*Tap on the plus sign in a circle icon located on right upper corner to create a new APN
*Tap on Name and give it a short name (CA, VMS, INT for example) then tap on Ok
*Tap on APN and enter 10569.mcs then tap OK
*Go to actions on right upper corner and tap on Save
*Wireless setup is completed
