*A compatible cardreader needs to be connected and configured. See Peripheral Help.

1. Ensure that all invoices, sales receipts, and receIve payment windows are closed. Swipe card through cardreader.

2. Enter Transaction Amount. Click Send. (A customer will be created in your QuickBooks Customer Center with the name on the card detected from the swipe)

3. A dialog box will appear displaying if the payment was approved or declined. Upon approval, a payment or sales receipt will be created and applied to the swiped customer.
