Security
Rotate Keys: For PCI compliance, key rotation is mandatory once a year. You will receive a prompt when it is necessary.
Synchronize: Synchronization will collect information for all the customers in the customer center excluding credit card numbers. The speed of synchronization varies based on number of customers, computer processing, and network speed. Once synchronization begins, the process and QuickBooks cannot be interrupted.
ACH
Default Transaction Type: You will be able to select whether credit card or ACH transaction will be default on QuickSale and other payment application screens.
ACH Account Type: You will be able to select Personal Saving, Personal Checking, or Business Checking as the default ACH Account Type.
Do Not Process Checks: This field is selected by default. If you would like the payment application to request to process a check once created, uncheck this field.
