This error occurs if the software is not registered. To resolve:
- 1. Right click the CHARGE Anywhere icon in the notification section of your taskbarto view the CAFW menu. Select Setup.
- 2. Fill out the account registration info and Register.
Registration Information: Input your Software License Key and Phone number to register your account. Your Software License Key and Phone Number are emailed to you upon activation of the QuickSale for Windows software. If you cannot locate your activation email, please contact your merchant service provider or CHARGE Anywhere Customer Support at 1800-211-1256 ext 1.
