Please enter requested information in Setup is an error that typically occurs when a Non Admin user accesses the setup portion of the Charge Anywhere application. If that user does not have access to view banking information it will cause the Charge Anywhere application to lose it's Default Bank Account setting.


1. Login to QuickBooks as the Admin User. The Setup screen should come up immediately. If not go to Charge Anywhere in the Company drop down menu, and choose Setup.

2. When the Setup screen loads click on the tab for Default Information


3. You should get a message that the payment was created successfully and if you navigate to your Customer Center you should see it listed.
