This message will appear if the Username or Password you have entered are not correct. If you wrong password is entered too many times the application will lock itself for 30 minutes. It is recommended to use the forgot password option in order to reset the login credentials to prevent this from happening.

There was an error connecting the Miura device

This message will appear if their is a problem during the update process when attempting to connect the Miura. If you get this message click on Retry and it will attempt to update the configuration again. If after choosing Retry the message appears again you should contact Charge Anywhere Technical Support to further investigate the issue. We can be reached at 800-211-1256 option 1 for Tech Support.
