This message will appear if the Miura does not have the proper key injected in order to process a Pin Debit Transaction. If your account has been setup to run Pin Debit you can perform a Remote Key Injection to try and correct the issue.
In the application click on Config, choose Setup, and then choose Peripheral Devices.
On the upper right corner of the screen you will see three dots. Click on that to open the context menu.
From the context menu choose Perform RKI
