If updates are being pushed through STEM platform to the terminal however, they are not received, please follow the steps below:
- From the main screen of the terminal tap on QuickSale
- Tap on Configuration
- Tap on Maintenance
- Tap on Unregister
- If you received an error "Device not configured/Registered" or "Not such active Software License Key" then app data needs to be clear (Follow Clearing Quicksale app data)
- Once Software License key has been successfully released go back to main terminal screen and tap on QuickSale
- The QuickSale app will launch requesting the Software License Key and business phone number
- Enter Software License Key and business phone number, you will then get a pop Application successfully registered"
- Next the user profile screen will come up
- Create a password and confirm it, it needs to have a lowercase letter, a uppercase letter, a number and least 8 characters long. Do not use sequential letters or number and do not repeat same letter, character or number more that twice in password
- Enter a valid email address you have access to and create a security question and provide the answer.
- Once you save the user profile the QuickSale will run the RKI and once completed you can now push the updates to the QuickSale Terminal
- To clear the QuickSale app data tap on Settings
- Scroll down to About POS
- The click on POS Configuration
- Tap on Administrator login, contact ISO for Administrator password
- Once the Administrator password has been entered, go back to main settings menu
- Tap on Apps
- Look for QuickSale and tap on it
- Tap on Storage
- Tap on Clear data and confirm it
- At that point you will be able to go back to main terminal screen
- Tap on QuickSale, it will prompt you to enter Software License Key and phone number to register QuickSale app, then complete user profile
