Troubleshooting

The Bluetooth Icon will not start flashing after holding down the Green Check button

  • First make sure the device has not already been paired to another phone or tablet. If it is try unpairing the Miura from that device.
  • Press the reset button on the Miura device. The reset button can be found in the small pin hole on the left side. You may need a push pin or paperclip to press the button.
  • After pressing the reset button, choose option number 1 from the menu
  • Allow the Miura to reset and when it returns to the Charge Anywhere screen hold down the Green Check button again

Connect Unsuccessful in the Charge Anywhere App

  • Exit the Charge Anywhere application and go back into your Bluetooth settings. Toggle Bluetooth on and off and try connecting the Miura again in the Charge Anywhere application
  • Power off the phone or tablet and reset the Miura by pressing the small pin hole on the left side. Once both devices restart try connecting the Miura again in the Charge Anywhere application

System Tampered

The Miura is equipped with special sensors to prevent to device from being opened and the encryption keys stolen. If these sensors are triggered the Miura device will have it's memory wiped and will be inoperable. This can occur if the device is dropped causing the casing to crack or open. You may also get this message if there is a hardware level failure of the device. In either case the device will need to be replaced. You can contact your Merchant Service Provider or Charge Anywhere Technical Support for more information obtaining a replacement terminal.
