Please follow the steps below to enable e-sim:
- Connect device to WiFi
- Go to Settings
- Scroll down and Tap on About POS
- Tap on POS Configuration
- Tap on Administrator login
- Enter password 99999999
- Tap on Soft SIM Settings
- Toggle E-SIM on
- If you receive an error toggle Soft SIM settings off and on then, leave device connected to WiFi for at least for 30 minutes or until you get a popup "Turn off Wifi to use wireless" or until "Activate softSIM" displays please "Reboot terminal".
Once terminal wireless is active the wireless icon on top right corner should display signal bars and also the type of signal that terminal is receiving (2G,3G,4G, LTE). At that point wireless setup will be completed.
