Please follow the suggestions below when terminal is not powering on
- Plug in terminal on wall outlet using charger provided with it (Red light on upper right corner of terminal screen will indicate that it is receiving power)
- Plug terminal to a different wall outlet
- Open battery back cover and remove battery, wait 1 minutes then plug it back and try to turn on device.
- If another terminal as the same model is available, replace battery from working terminal to determine if battery is dead.
If after following the steps above the device is still unresponsive please contact your merchant service provider or customer support at 800-211-1256 x1
