Your security questions have not been set. If you are unable to log in, please have a user with manager permissions update your password.

This error will occur if a new user tries the Forgot Password option before setting up security questions. The password for the user was created along with the username. If that password is unrecoverable, a user with "Edit User" permissions will need to update the password:

1. Right click the CHARGE Anywhere icon in the notification section of your taskbarto view the QuickSale for Windows menu. Select User Management.
2. Select the username and click Edit User. Change the password and confirm it.
