Gift/ Loyalty allows you to maintain a database of privately labeled cards to disperse to current and/or potential customers. Charge

Gift/Loyalty Charge

A charge allows you to debit the customer’s gift/loyalty card, leaving the customer with a lower available balance.

  1. Swipe or key card# and enter amount of transaction.
  2. Click Actions and Submit.
  3. The transaction will process within 3-5 seconds and display/print the transaction response.

Refund

A refund will initiate a credit to a customer's gift/loyalty card.

  1. Swipe or key card# and enter amount of transaction.
  2. Click Actions and Submit.
  3. The transaction will process within 3-5 seconds and display/print the transaction response.

Balance Inquiry

A balance inquiry allows you to check the available balance on a card.

  1. Swipe or key card#.
  2. Click Actions and Submit.
  3. The available balance will display/print.

Activate
