Performing a Synchronization will bring in any updated customer information into the Charge Anywhere database. 1. To perform a Synchronization log into QuickBooks as the Admin user under Single-User mode.

2. Click on Company, then Charge Anywhere and choose Setup from the menu.

3. Click OK to the Warning pop-up.

4. On the Setup menu click on the button Features.

5. Click on the button Synchronize.

The length of time the Synchronization process takes to complete depends on the size of your QuickBooks Company File. If you have a large customer database you may want to perform the Synchronization when no one needs to be logged into QuickBooks, usually at the beginning or the end of the day is recommended.
