Configuration Guides

Android

1. Log into the app and ensure that the volume is at maximum level.

2. Select Configure > Setup > Peripheral Devices.

3. Click Swiper to add peripheral. Select Audio Jack (BBPOS).


Apple iOS

1. Log into the app and ensure that the volume is at maximum level.

2. Select Configure > Setup > Peripheral Devices.

3. Click Swiper and select BBPOS. Click Back and then click Save.

Troubleshooting

To reset the EMV BT BBPOS:

  1. The reset button is located right next to the headset stem, you can reach it through a tiny opening using a paper click or push pin, once you have inserted the push pin or paper click hold on for 2 seconds and let it go, that will complete the reader system restore.
