1. Check the TMS registration on terminal.
- Go to Settings
- Tap on about POS
- Tap on POS Configuration
- Tap on Administrator login
- Enter 8 times “9”
- Tap on Remote management
- Tap on Register WizarView, make sure URL is http//:wiztms.chargeanywhere.com:8380/wizarView
- Tap on Ok, You should get “Registration Successful”
- If you are unable to register the terminal and instead get an error message, please triple check the URL entered, if it is correct check the internet connection, disconnect from Wifi and reconnect to it and try again to register terminal.
- If the terminal cannot be registered, we will not be able to push the app from TMS
2. Check terminal firmware.
- Click on Settings
- About POS
- Under “Kernel version” check the latest firmware has the version “3.10.49-wp1.0.0.. Tue Dec 25..”, it will show “eng” if it is a Development unit, or “user” if it is a Production unit
3. Check the Terminal certificates.
- Go to Settings
- Tap on about POS
- Tap on POS Configuration
- Tap on Administrator login
- Enter 8 times “9”
- Tap on Certificate management
- Tap on Certificate list
- Terminals should have the following certificates
- Alias:ca-owner-prod
- Alias:app-sign-prod
- Alias:Terminal_wizarposagent
- Alias:wp_injectkey-pub
- Alias:terminal_CAW
- Alias:terminal_customagent
- Alias:host-prod
