Account information failed to load and registration information was found. Please contact technical support at 1-800-211-1256 x 1. The application will now exit.
This error may occur upon reinstallation or upgrading from an older version of CHARGE Anywhere for Windows. Resolution of this error requires editing the registry of the computer.
For Windows Vista and 7 users: Sometimes this error may be resolved by right clicking the QuickSale for Windows icon on your desktop and selecting 'Run as admin'.
Caution! Editing the registry incorrectly can have adverse affects on the computer and should only be performed by an IT professional or a CHARGE Anywhere technical support specialist.
1. Open the registry editor. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Software > Charge Anywhere > CHARGE Anywhere for Windows.
- For 64 bit Windows operating system: Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > WOW6432Node > Charge Anywhere > CHARGE Anywhere for Windows.
2. Delete all entries within that folder except (Default).
3. Open your control panel and uninstall CHARGE Anywhere for Windows.
4. Reinstall CHARGE Anywhere for Windows. See CAFW Installation.
