Transaction Manager - Forgot Password

When a user forgets his/her password, the user will need to provide their profile's security answers and have access to their email address. From the log in screen, click forgot password and follow the security manager steps.

• 

  1. Click Next

• 

  2. Enter username. A security code will be emailed to the address in your user profile.

• 

  3. Enter the Security Code that was emailed to you. Click next.

• 

  4. Answer your security questions.

• 

  5. Create and confirm a new password and press Submit.

• 

  6. Return to Home Screen. Log into Transaction Manager.
