Internal Error
The payment application is unable to recognize the selected database file (db4.mdb). Possible reasons for the error include:
- The database file was temporarily inaccessible or insufficient permissions
- Your database file has been moved
- The database file has been moved or deleted.
- The incorrect database was selected upon installation or after Run Simple Migration.
- Insufficient permissions to access the database at its current network location.
- Accessing the payment application from a new company file.
Your database file has not been moved or deleted
1. Verify that the plug-in path listed is correct and click Reconnect.
*If error persists, ensure that the database files permissions are set to full control for the current user logged in.
2. Go to the location of the database file listed in the plug-in path.
3. Right click on the db4.mdb file and select Properties.
4. Click on the security tab and ensure that the user has Full Control. Once full control is granted, select Reconnect in the Internal Error window.
*If error persists, contact technical support for further assistance.
If your database file has been moved
1. Select Run Simple Migration.
2. Click Next on the Payment Application Installer.
3. Select Yes for "Was the Payment Application previously installed on this or another workstation?"
4. Click the box to the right of server location and browse for the new location of the database.
*Please note, the browse feature will start at the default database. Do not select this database if you are using a networked database in another location.
