Overview

Two-factor Authentication is a great way to prevent unauthorized usage of your CHARGE Anywhere® account. It will allow you to use an additional step to verify your identity when you log into the site, either by entering an emailed security code with each login, or by using a Mobile Phone, Smart Phone, Tablet, or Landline Phone through Duo Security. Getting Started - One Time Password

Navigate to https://www.chargeanywhere.com/TransactionManager/Login.aspx and enter the Username and Password provided in your activation emails.

When you enter your Username and Password you will get a security code emailed to you. Enter the code in the space provided to complete the login

Logging in using Duo Security

Once the Duo account setup is completed you will see the following screen anytime you attempt to login to your Transaction Manager account. The options may vary depending on the type of device you have configured. Duo Push will send a push notification to the app on your Mobile Device. Passcode will send you a text message with a security code to enter or for Smartphones, launch the Duo App and press the key icon to get your code. Call will allow you to get a security code to enter from a phone call. Once you enter the provided code you will be logged into the site.

If you choose the Duo Push option you will receive a message in your push notifications advising you of the login attempt. It will list that the login attempt is for Charge Anywhere LLC, along with the username, location, and IP Address of the login attempt. You can choose to approve or deny the login attempt. Once you click Approve you will be asked to confirm, click confirm to complete the login.
