Install/Setup Related (Error# W100)
W101 - Setup information could not be saved. Please verify information and try again. W102 - Please enter requested information in Setup before attempting to process a transaction. Please contact customer support at 1-800-211-1256 x1 The application will now exit. W105 - Fields marked with a * are required! W106 - MerchantID is incorrect! Please enter other MerchantID W107 - Account can not be saved W108 - Account information failed to load and registration information was found. Please contact technical support at 1-800-211-1256 x 1. The application will now exit. W109 - Your server location must be reconfigured! W110 - No receipt types selected to print. Please verify the setup and try again. W111 - Number of days to allow returns must be greater than 0 and less than 90 W112 - Tax is incorrect W113 - Time to Rotate must be a number W114 - Time to Purge Transactions must be greater than 0
Peripheral Related (Error# W200)
W201 - Bad card read W202 - Failed to initiate get PIN sequence W203 - Failed to initiale the pinpad device W204 - Pinpad session aborted W205 - Pinpad session cancelled W206 - Pinpad not ready W207 - Swiper not ready W208 - Swiper reported error W209 - Error occurred during swiper data retrieval.
Transaction Related (Error# W300)
W301 - Unable to determine credit card type W302 - Invalid transaction data W303 - The transaction amount must be greater than zero W304 - The transaction amount must be less than or equal to… W305 - Amount field must be a number. W306 - Amount field must be a positive number.
User Management & Customer Database (Error# W400)
W401 - There are no customers currently stored in the Customer Database! W402 - CHARGE Anywhere for Windows is already running! W403 - This customer profile already exists in the customer database! Please ensure you have entered valid data and try again. W404 - No customer profile was found with the search criteria you provided. W405 - Response text fields cannot be left blank. Please check your response and try again. W406 - Security questions and responses are required. W407- User could not be updated. Please try again. W408 - Password can only be changed once per day. W409 - User could not be updated. Please try again. W410 - Customer Information could not be saved. Please try again. W411 - Please select a profile from the list of available customer profiles to delete and try again. W412 - The customer you selected for deletion is no longer in the database. To view the latest data, please close this window and open it again. W413 - Please select only one customer profile to load! W414 - The Username entered contains illegal characters. W415 - Your security questions have not been set. If you are unable to log in, please have a user with manager permissions update your password. W416 - Please provide your username to proceed! W417 - The responses you provided does not match with your original response to these questions. Please try again. W418 - The password and confirm password fields cannot. W419 - Response text fields only accept uppercase letters (A-Z), lowercase letters (a-z), and numbers (0-9). Please check your response and try again. W420 - There are no customers in the customer database. W421 - User profile could not be retrieved. Please retry. W422 - Password cannot repeat one of the previous four passwords or the current password.
