Bill Presentment Setup

To customize the look and options of your bill presentments:

1. Go to Virtual Terminal > Bill Presentment Setup

2. Make necessary edits (You may use HTML in the Header, Footer, Background Color and Background Image).

3. Click Submit.

We recommend using the Bill Presentment Preview located in Virtual Terminal after altering the Bill Presentment Setup.

Please note: You must click Submit on Bill Presentment Setup at least once to use the service, even if no changes are made.
