Please follow the suggestions below when terminal is not powering on
- Plug in terminal on wall outlet using charger provided with it (Red light on upper right corner of terminal screen will indicate that it is receiving power)
- Plug terminal to a different wall outlet
- Open battery back cover and remove battery, wait 1 minutes then plug it back and try to turn on device.
- If another terminal with the same model is available, replace battery from working terminal to determine if battery is dead.
