1. Click '‘Generate ACH CSV'’ to create an Excel spreadsheet. Name the file and choose a location to save.
2. Open the file. The spreadsheet will consists of columns for with columns for Customer Name, Routing Number, Bank Account Number, ACH Account Type, ACH Address, ACH City, ACH State, ACH Zip Code, and ACH Phone.
3. Enter all requested customer information and save the file.
- ACH Account Type should be written as Personal Savings, Personal Checking, or Business Checking.
4. To upload, click ‘Import ACH Info’. A dialogue screen will appear with the import results.
