Please Enter Requested Information In Setup

<accesscontrol>IT</accesscontrol> There are required otions missing from setup.

1. Log into QuickBooks as admin user. Go to Company > CHARGE Anywhere > Setup. (Clicking Ok to the error message will open Setup as well.)

2. On the Account Info tab, ensure that the Software License, Phone Number and Company ID are filled in and shaded gray.

  • If not, fill in the appropriate fields and click Register. This information was included in your activation email.

3, Click on the Default Info tab. Are the Customer Name, Bank Account, Accounts Receivable Account and Credit Memo Item feilds filled in?

  • If not, select an option for the empty field(s).

4. Do you have Create Sales Receipt selected for either option in Default Info tab?

  • If so, ensure to select a Sales Receipt Item and Sales Receipt Tip Item.

5. Click Ok to Setup. Go to Company > CHARGE Anywhere > QuickSale. If QuickSale screen opens, the error has been resolved.
