Invalid Login iOS

The Username or Password entered is not correct

This message will appear if the Username or Password you have entered are not correct. If you wrong password is entered too many times the application will lock itself for 30 minutes. It is recommended to use the forgot password option in order to reset the login credentials to prevent this from happening.

• 

  1. On the Main Login Page click on the Forgot Password option

• 

  2. When you choose Forgot Password it will ask if you want to answer the previously created security question or have an email sent with a temporary password

• 

  3. The Security Question and Email address will be the ones entered when you first created the Username

• 

  4. If you choose Answer Security Question type the answer in the field specified. Keep in mind the answer is case sensitive

• 

  5. If choose Email Temporary Password enter the password you obtained from the email.
