Could not connect (peripheral): The port does not exist

This error will occur opening launching CHARGE Anywhere for Windows. If you configured a peripheral with a COM Port previously, the device has either been disconnected or the COM Port has been reassigned. To resolve:

1. Ensure that the peripheral device is connected and check the assigned Com Port.
2. Right click the CHARGE Anywhere for Windows icon in the notification section of your taskbarto view the CAFW menu. Select Setup.
3. Go to Print Options tab and click Peripheral Devices.
4. Select your peripheral from the drop down menus and select the newly assigned Com Port.
