If you experience issues with printing on the QuickSale Q1-Q2 please follow the steps below:

  • Make sure that there is a paper roll in the printer paper roll chamber.
  • Verify the paper roll is feeding in the correct direction. Most printers will feed paper from the bottom so the roll must sit in the printer with paper feeding from underneath the roll.
  • Verify that terminal is set to print receipts, you can check this by accessing Configuration/Setup/Receipt options/Print options, once there make sure that approved copies are set accordingly.
