Terminal not communicating over IP/Wireless

Step 1. Verify Internet and restart Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) on Terminal

  • If WIFI, check if router has internet connectivity with another device, try to connect to the internet and opening a website
  • If Router has internet, click on settings then click on WLAN
  • Turn WLAN off and then back on and try again to connect. If not


Step 2. Reset the WLAN

  • Click on your network from the WLAN screen and click on Forget
  • Rejoin the network and put the password again for the network and try again, If still no connection


Step3. Run diagnostic Self Check

  • From main terminal screen click on Settings
  • Click on Self Check
  • Click on Network
  • Click on Wifi Network to run test
  • Click on test Wifi
  • Result will display
  • If still not connected to the network, contact Level 2 support desk to determine if to RMA the terminal
