QuickSale from Invoice/Sales Receipt

1. Open the invoice/sales receipt that you are preparing to process.


2. Click Save and go directly to Company > Charge Anywhere > QuickSale. (Do not alter or click on the invoice/sales receipt once you save it, because it will be considered edited instead of saved.)


3. You will receive a pop up from the payment application confirming that you would like to process payment for the open invoice/sales receipt. Click yes.


4. Select payment type (Credit Card or ACH) Verify payment information and amount. Then click Send. (If new payment information was entered, you will be asked if you wish to save the information to the payment application database. This information will also be stored in the QuickBooks customer profile.)


5. A dialog box will appear displaying if the payment was approved or declined. Upon approval, a payment will be created and applied to the invoice. (For sales receipts, the approval information will be stored in the memo or a new line in the sales receipt)
