Approved Transaction Responses
All approved transactions will clearly state "Approved" on the response screen and receipt. All approved transactions must have a corresponding approval code (authorization code). You may also receive additional information from the processor in regards to the approval.
All approved transactions are batched by CHARGE Anywhere at the end of every day and sent to your processor for funding.

| Duplicate Approval | You have duplicate protection enabled. You will not be funded for this transaction because the credit card has already been issued an approval for the same amount within the same batch. | ||
| Partial Approval | The processor has granted an approval for an amount less than the transaction amount requested. Transaction Manager will display the requested amount in red and the transaction details will display the authorized amount. |
Non-Approved Transaction Responses
All non-approved transactions will display an X next to the transaction within Transaction Manager. Non-approved transaction responses can occur because of limitations on the customer's credit card, limitations of your processor account, or incorrect processor values.
