You are not allowed to import transactions

This error message will appear if the option to Import transactions is not selected in the application setup

1. Login to QuickBooks as the Admin User. Go to Charge Anywhere in the Company drop down menu, and choose Setup.


2. When the Setup screen loads click on the tab for Trans Options


3. Uncheck the Do Not Import Transactions from Gateway option. Press OK to save the changes

4. The Admin User can now log out and a regular user will be able to use the Charge Anywhere application again
