You are not allowed to import transactions

This error message will appear if the option to Import transactions is not selected in the application setup.

1. Login to QuickBooks as the Admin User.

2. Go to Company, then Charge Anywhere, then select Setup from the menu.

3. Click OK to the Warning pop-up.

4. In the Setup screen click on the tab for Trans Options

5. Uncheck the Do Not Import Transactions from Gateway option. Press OK at the bottom to save the changes.

6. The Admin User can now log out and a regular user will be able to use the Charge Anywhere application again and import transactions.
