To better serve and protect our customers, a new user will need to undergo a quick security procedure. This security procedure also applies if an existing user logs into Transaction Manager from a new computer for the first time.

2. Get Security Code - A security code provides further protection because it can only be obtained through the email address on file, your merchant service provider, or a CHARGE Anywhere Customer Support Rep

  • Do not click Get Security Code more than once. Only one security code is valid at a time. Therefore, clicking Get Security Code more than once will invalidate the first Security Code sent.
  • Your Security Code will expire in 15 minutes.
  • Security Code can only be used once.

4. Security Profile - The Security Profile will be used to verify your identity if you forget your password.

Password Policy

  • Login and Password can't be the same
  • Password must be eight(8) characters long or more
  • Password cannot contain your User Name
  • Password must include at least one(1) number, one(1) lower case letter and one(1) upper case letter
  • Password cannot have letter or digit sequences greater than two(2) characters long

J3dux12d is allowed (12) while J3dux012d is not allowed (123)

  • Password cannot use same character or digit more than twice (2)

J3dux12d is allowed (d is repeated twice) while J3dudx12d is not allowed (d is repeated 3 times)

  • Password cannot be the same as any of the last four Passwords you've used
