System Tampered

The Miura is equipped with special sensors to prevent to device from being opened and the encryption keys stolen. If these sensors are triggered the Miura device will have it's memory wiped and will be inoperable. This can occur if the device is dropped causing the casing to crack or open. You may also get this message if there is a hardware level failure of the device. In either case the device will need to be replaced. You can contact your Merchant Service Provider or Charge Anywhere Technical Support for more information obtaining a replacement terminal.
