Pending Gateway Subscriptions

Pending Gateway Subscriptions will display all subscriptions initiated by the payment application that have not received successful responses from the gateway.
1. Go to Company > Charge Anywhere > Pending Transactions > Pending Gateway Subscriptions.
2. Verify all subscriptions and press Process or Process All if you would like to complete the subscription. A dialog screen will appear displaying the results.
3. If you would like ro remove the subscription, double click the pending gateway subscriptio and set the status to dismissed. Once subscription is set to dismissed, press Process.
