The Record(s) For This Transaction Is/Are Currently Locked
Remove Other Users From Form
This error will occur when another user on the network is using a form that you are trying to process against. If you have verified that there are no other users currently in the form, try to resubmit the transaction.
Unlock Database
If error persists, run Unlock Database. Then retry your transaction.
Check Database Permissions
1. If error persists, then the Windows user does not have the correct permissions to access the payment application database (db4.mdb). Depending on the network setup, you may need the assistance of the company's network adminstrator.
2. Close QuickBooks. Open a task manager and click on the Processes tab. Click on ‘Image Name’ to sort alphabetically and look for ‘ChargeAnywhereWrapper.exe’ and ‘QBW32.exe’.
- If either process was found, highlight and click end process.
3. Right click on the db4.mdb file and select Properties. Go to Security tab.
4. Ensure that any Group or Username that accesses the payment application has the correct permissions: Full Control, Modify, Read & Execute, Read, and Write. (If you are unsure about this step, please seek the assistance of an IT professional)
5. Log into QuickBooks and rerun transaction.
