CAFW Log In
Administrative User: The administrative username is Owner. This username and password is created after installation on the first screen of the Setup Wizard. Owner cannot be deleted and has all permission within the software.
New User: New users can be created by the Owner or another user with Add User permission enabled. New users will be prompted to select security questions and provide responses upon logging in for the first time. A user will not be able to use the forgot password link until security questions and responses have been provided.
Forgot Password: Allows a user to respond to the preselected security questions and once validated, the user will be able to submit a new password.
After logging in, CHARGE Anywhere for Windows and all of its menu options will reside in the notification section of your taskbar.
